Unlike many of you, I'm sure, winter is my favourite season of the year. It is when we enter what our ancestors called the dark season, that time of the year where we are invited to turn inward, to observe our light but also our shadows. It is a time for rest and reflection, and for me there is nothing better than a nice cup of tea to accompany it.
Through this blend, I have tried to capture the comforting notes of christmas, ranging from refreshing apples to warming spices. I often tend to think and rethink my herbal tea recipes, but this time I want to offer you a cup of tea in all its simplicity.
