Taking time and care of myself has always been difficult, and I am sure that some of you face the same challenge. You see, I have often thought that it was easier to help and care for others but over time, I have learned the hard way that in order to do so, I also need to take care of myself. If an emergency occurs during a flight, you must put on your oxygen mask first before helping others, well it's the same in everyday life.
I imagined and created this self-love ritual tea in the hope that you would take 5 or 10 minutes during the day for yourself. This delicate, pink-hued blend is designed to honour your inner and outer beauty, using herbs that open the heart allowing love to flow, nourish and calm the soul or cultivate a deep sense of self-love and joy.
